LCA - Life Cycle Assessment
At Nordisk Micro昀椀ber, we work purposefully to
document and reduce the environmental impact
of our products.
As part of this effort, we have collected extensive
environmental data for all 42 of our Nordic Swan
Ecolabel-certi昀椀ed textile products, and from
June 2025, we will be able to offer full life cycle
assessments (LCAs) for each individual product.
Each LCA includes 16 speci昀椀c environmental
indicators, including CO2 emissions and water
consumption, and is prepared in accordance
with the international methods and standards
described in ISO 14040 and 14044. This ensures a
structured and comparable approach to assessing
environmental impacts.
