Recycle textile waste
The return system is innovative because micro昀椀ber is not just a regular textile as we know it from
clothing. Micro昀椀ber is a textile blend of polyester,
polyamide and nylon, which makes it less straightforward to recycle.
We took up the challenge to ful昀椀ll our environmental responsibility and after more than two
years, we have developed a complete system and
produced a new product. The result is that micro昀椀ber gets a new lease of life as industrial rolls.
In this way, waste becomes resources because
micro昀椀ber is given extra life instead of being
incinerated.

The broken down 昀椀bers are
pressed and bonded together,
and the result is recycled micro昀椀ber on a roll.
We therefore replace the
traditional paper industrial roll
with an industrial roll made from
recycled micro昀椀ber.

This has measurable positive
effects on the environment.
In fact, there are 61.5% less
carbon emissions when compared to a paper roll produced
from virgin paper.
